Charming house, built in 1966, which boasts wonderful panoramic views over the estuary Trieux. the house has the double advantage of being in a quiet and peaceful setting, yet only about fifteen minutes walk from the small town of Lézardrieux. The Friday market, the village square and the yacht club will delight those looking for authenticity.
The house comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a new bathroom and 3 bedrooms with new bedding (2 rooms with beds of 140x190 and a bedroom with two beds 90x190).
The large lounge / dining room offers stunning views of the estuary. The fireplace will brighten the evenings and is great during those cooler months. The green in spring and summer, enjoyed by squirrels and deers, allows more solitary contemplation of nature in peace. The Yacht Club, restaurants, bars and wilderness space of the peninsula and island at the mouth of the river Trieux offer a comfortable and restful shelter.
All rooms in the house enjoy a sea view (except WC). All rooms are equipped to accommodate two people. There is a supervised beach adjacent to property. It is an ideal home for lovers of peace and nature .
